Slow Flow

Tuesday, 7pm

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. This class combines Swara flow which coordinates fluid movement with breathing patterns, and mindful Yin yoga with longer held floor-based poses The slower sequencing of this class helps cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness to regain alignment in body and mind.


Thursday 7.30pm

Focus on the present moment in longer held floor based poses. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including building a strong awareness to instinctive reaction and the body-mind connection. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, and greater ease and freedom in the body.

Vinyasa Flow

Saturday, 10.30am

A dynamic class to helps build a strong core from which to progress to more involved balances and inversions. Precision and control are more of a focus here with a a diverse offering of poses and modifications. Suitable for intermediate and advanced level students wishing to meet new challenges and be inspired.
