Heralding a new Dawn: the play of Shiva and Shakti
The dark heart of winter invites us to embark on a potent rite of passage towards personal and collective transformation. We will explore and embody the forces within of Shiva (space) & Shakti (form) to set the tone of 2022.
Yogini & hypnotherapist Renata guides a gently energising Yin-Yang Flow and Yoga Nidra meditation, whilst sound maestro extraordinaire Johnny holds and infuses the space with his mind-melting melodies.
