Using warm medicated oils and soothing massage techniques, Pada Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Foot Massage) works through the feet and lower legs to release tension, calm the mind, and invite deep relaxation throughout the entire body.
Known in Ayurveda for its ability to pacify pitta (fire - which naturally may increase during the warmer months) and support healthy sleep, this treatment is especially beneficial during busy, overstimulating times when life feels a little too fast-paced.
