In the spirit of Bhakti yoga we’ll slow, down and tune in to all that is present within during this season of honouring harvest and letting go of the deadwood. Our 'Soulful Sundays' afternoon retreat will be infused with intention and devotion, supported by a serving of cacao (optional) - a pure chocolate pulp drink reputed for its rich nutritional properties, as well as its ability to awaken a deeper sense of connection to life and a sweet open-heartedness. It is also possible to participate fully without the plant medicine if that’s not something you feel called to. I will guide the proceedings with sound master Johnny Tomlinson bringing his musical magic into play for what will be a deeply nourishing and uplifting experience combining various elements of practice, culminating in deep rest.
