Ayurveda recognises autumn as a crucial time for self-care, as this is the season we’re most likely to fall foul of illness. Autumn is a gear change between summer’s high-energy vibe and winter’s slow hibernation mode. Our bodies and minds have to navigate this shift in order to stay balanced and healthy and this can be tricky when the climate is so erratic.

As ever we will incorporate wisdom methods from eastern and western traditions to help make the changes needed as the season turns. And there’ll be a delicious Ayurvedic offering of an immune system strengthening sweet treat before we say our farewells.
