About the Event
Each recording is a live class filmed at my home studio, giving you a feel for our wider community. Enjoy longer than usual classes of approximately 1hr 45-mins each - an opportunity to drop in deep. You can chose between dynamic Vinyasas or a juicy Slow Flows.
The recordings are available to purchase for a limited period between now and 30 January.They will be live for 3 months from 31 January to 30 April 2024 and you have options to purchase classes individually or as bundles of same or combination category bundles: Once purchased lyour will receive private links to the YouTube recordings. You can watch these as many times as you like until midday 30 April.
