Our Practice

A Life of Balance

We’ve been a certified and practicing mobile Yoga Studio since 2014, operating out of several beautiful locations globally and now in Folkestone. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing. Our classes promote a greater alignment of body mind and spirit, leading you towards a more fulfilled and purposeful existence.

In addition to group and private classes we run special events, workshops and retreats, hosting guest teachers and specialists in their field from all over the world.. This wealth of knowledge from varied schools of wisdom tradition offers you an opportunity to delve more deeply into a particular aspect of yogic  philosophy and practice, continue your education and inform your personal development..

Spend Some Time With Us

Everyone leads a busy life nowadays. So, why not let us take care of your physical and spiritual needs. Each class follows a theme, weavIng mindfulness, spiritual teachings, and inspirational poetry into the teachings. Students often report that the class seemed to be speaking directly to their individual needs. Being in the flow means dropping out of the mind and into the heart. It is from here that we are able to access inner truth. This is why each class begins with grounding into present moment awareness. In stillness we explore bodily sensation, internal discourses of the mind and our emotional states, recognising that we are in a constant state of flux. Moving into pranayama, or breathwork and asana or movement practices, we take moments to drop back into conscious observation before ending with savansana or deep relaxation. The intention is to leave you feeling clear, nourished and more connected to yourself. 


Slow Flow

Tuesday, 7pm

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. The first half of the class works with Swara cycles  coordinating pranayama (breath  techniques) and fluid movement, then we drop into deeper, longer held, Yin (Traditional Chinese Medicine)  poses.  The slower sequencing helps you experience more mindful  embodiment to regain control of body and mind.

Suitable for all levels.

Working with the Chinese meridian system and the 5 Elements theory, this deeply meditative practice brings focus to the present moment in longer held floor based poses. Among its many benefits, are you will build a strong awareness to instinctive reaction and the body-mind connection; feel less distracted by your fleeting thoughts; cultivate a greater sense of ease and lightness of being.

Vinyasa Flow

Saturday, 10.30am

We begin with mindful meditation and pranayama and move into into a dynamic class to help build a strong core. An opportunity to  progress on to more involved balances and inversions. Precision and control are more of a focus here with a diverse offering of poses and modifications. Suitable for intermediate and advanced level students wishing to meet new challenges and be inspired.

Private Yoga Session

This particular service is beneficial to everyone, no matter your age or experience level. Among its benefits, a private session will help get you started  as an absolute beginner. Current  and advanced practitioners will identify and redress areas of difficulty and advance towards higher level skills, if that's your aim. Moreover, you'll see an improvement in the mind's capacity to focus and meditate, making you physically and mentally stronger.

Yoga Nidra & Hypnotherapy

Transform your life; both these practices combine personal counselling with deep relaxation techniques. In Yoga Nidra you are guided on an inner journey to help unwind old patterns and gain new insights. Whereas Hypnotherapy is more focused on reframing your issues and anchoring your hidden resources to combat additions, phobias and traumas, and drive positive outcomes in areas you would like to excel.

What we think we become - Buddha

Renata has taught me far more than Yin yoga poses, she's helped me see life in a different way. I came to her with critical physical issues. Today I can almost touch my toes. But the biggest and most important change is I've found myself calmer and more relaxed day to day.
